Amanda came to May-Grant from Women & Babies Hospital in Lancaster, where she worked as a labor and delivery nurse for more than 15 years after living and working in New York City for more than a decade. She believes that every woman’s birth experience is uniquely her own. For her, this means supporting women’s choices to allow for a joyous, empowering, and safe rite of passage into parenthood.
When she’s not busy providing exemplary care to patients, Amanda loves to spend time with her family—her husband, son, and daughter. Frequently, they can be seen playing spike ball in the alley next to their home. They also enjoy running, watching Netflix, and playing Dutch Blitz cards.
