SONOGRAPHER (FT or PT)

Responsibilities include:

Performing ultrasound in an OB-GYN setting.

Qualifications include, but not limited to:

      • Registered by ARDM
      • 2+ years of experience in an OB-GYN is required
      • Proficient interpersonal skills & PC skills
      • Team-Oriented and Flexible
      • Ability to work independently
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule: 30 hrs/week (to include mornings, afternoons, some evenings, and a Saturday morning rotation). All work schedules are based on the needs of the practice but can still offer some flexibility.

  

LPNs or MEDICAL ASSISTANTs (FT or PT)

Qualifications include, but not limited to:

Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience in a medical or professional office setting

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      • Proficient multi-tasking skills
      • Proficient computer skills a must
      • Current Certifications preferred
      • OB/GYN experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

      • Obtaining vitals
      • Rooming patients
      • Assisting Providers with appointments and/or procedures
      • Drawing labs and/or injections
      • Documentation within Electronic Medical Records system
      • Full-time or Part-time positions are available at our MGA location.

Work Schedule: Offering a flexible schedule based on your availability to work early mornings or afternoons, evenings, and rotating Saturday mornings. This position may require the ability to travel to our different satellite locations as well. All work schedules are based on the needs of the practice but can still offer some flexibility. 


DESK SPECIALIST (FT or PT)

Qualifications include, but not limited to:

      • Minimum of six (6) months experience in a medical or professional office setting
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      • Proficient PC skills
      • Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal)
      • Good customer service skills
      • Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

      • Checking in and out patients
      • Insurance verification's
      • Scheduling appointments
      • Answering phones

BILLING MANAGER (FT)

Join the SVWHC/May-Grant team!! We have a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, forward thinking Billing Manager that primarily focuses on supporting an obstetrics and gynecology practice. SVWHC consists of a well-established, fast-paced, private practice, May-Grant OB/GYN located in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties along with a Financial Center in Columbia.

Qualifications and Requirements include, but are not limited to:

      • Associate degree in business or healthcare administration preferred. Extensive experience could substitute for educational requirement.
      • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience of revenue cycle management experience
      • Experience in a medical office setting preferred.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills
      • Knowledge of medical terminology, current knowledge of CPT (procedure) coding practices and ICD-10 (diagnosis) coding practices
      • Knowledge of third-party and insurance procedures, regulations and billing and reimbursement requirements with a variety of payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross and local payers.
      • Demonstrated management/leadership qualities and skills.
      • Proficient PC skills

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Embrace and Promote the Company’s Core Values and Shared Purpose
      • Software Management – responsible for maintenance of software as it relates to billing functions (ie. fee schedules, payer templates, etc)
      • Insurance/Payers – Remains current on all insurance company changes/requirements applying to practice and develops/implements department procedures to satisfy these needs.
      • Credentialing – responsible for all aspects of credentialing/recredentialing process and the obtaining and maintenance of privileges at all applicable facilities.
      • Revenue Cycle Management/Analysis – maintain Key Performance Indicates (KPI’s); ensure effective and efficient revenue cycle.

Work schedule is Monday-Friday. The position is located primarily at the Financial Center in Columbia but must be flexible to travel to our practice in Lancaster as needed.
