Fees
Payments (and co-payments, if required by your health plan) are expected at the time of service. Elective surgery fees must be paid prior to the procedure. If you are hospitalized, you will receive two or three bills—one for our services, one for the hospital’s services, and, if you have surgery, you may receive a separate bill for anesthesia services.
Insurance Acceptance
We accept most insurance plans in the region. Please have your insurance or
Medicare card with you when you visit. We need to see your card each time.
Cancellation Policy
To help ensure that we are able to provide prompt, efficient service to all of our patients, please notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, whenever possible. A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance.
Please call our business office with any payment or insurance-related questions.
