Work schedule:
Offering a flexible schedule based on your availability to work early mornings or afternoons, evenings, and rotating Saturday mornings. This position may require the ability to travel to our different satellite locations as well. All work schedules are based on the needs of the practice but can still offer some flexibility.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Answering phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Handle customer service inquiries
  • Updating patient account information as needed
  • Complete new patient registration prior to appointments
  • Check voicemail system and handle callbacks
  • Review the waitlist and contact patients to schedule
  • Review and follow up on no shows
  • May assist with patient portal and referrals
  • May conduct patient pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care
  • Will cross-train for front desk responsibilities

Work schedule:
Full-time; 40 hrs/week
Exact schedule will be determined based on practice needs but will consist of primarily dayshift hours with the expectation of encompassing potential early mornings, evenings and/or Saturday mornings when covering as a desk specialist.

Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience in a medical or professional office setting

May-Grant OB/GYN, has an opportunity for a CRNP to join our well-established, fast-paced, diversified, multi-office, private OB/GYN practice. Our high performing, experienced team consists of 15 physicians and 16 mid-level providers. Our Practice contains an in-house lab and ultrasound services as well.

This position offers a combination of gynecological care and obstetrics with a focus on patient centered care, including annual well woman exams, birth control, family planning, prenatal and postnatal care, care during peri and post menopause, management of sexually transmitted infections, and education about all aspects of women’s health.

Candidates should have knowledge of physical assessment, ambulatory procedures, and ability to interpret lab tests. Patience, strong ethics, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with other healthcare professionals and independently.

Proven experience in women’s health, some obstetrics and ability to perform procedures is preferable. Valid nurse practitioner license is required. New graduate candidates with strong backgrounds will also be considered.

Work schedule will be Monday-Friday, with an evenings and Saturday morning rotation, and is based on the needs of the practice.

May-Grant OB/GYN, has an opportunity for a CNM to join our well-established, fast-paced, diversified, private OB/GYN practice.

We have a high performing, experienced team of 15 physicians, 11 CNMs and 6 CRNPs; and perform over 2400 deliveries per year with most vaginal births attended by CNMs.

The needs of our diverse client population are met by six satellite offices with in-house lab and ultrasound services; and, adjacent to our main office, a free-standing women’s hospital that includes ambulatory services, in-patient and out-patient services, level III NICU, 24-hour anesthesia and maternal fetal medicine department. (The community offers affordable housing, excellent schools and easy access to Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, DC and New York City.)

We are looking for a CNM that possesses the desire to provide the highest quality care, and support and nurture the health and well-being of every woman throughout all aspects of their life.

This position is a full-time position. Work schedule includes 1st call, 2nd call and office hours that includes some rotating evenings, Saturday mornings and is based upon the needs of the practice.

Work Schedule/Location: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (Specific Schedule to be determined). Position will work consistently at the Good Drive location.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Benefits and Eligibility Support to include:
    • Checking available insurance benefits for Obstetrical and Surgical patients
    • Manage and maintain collection of prepayments
    • Assist w/Medical Assistance (MA) presumptive eligibility responsibilities
  • Patient Accounts Receivable Support to include:
    • Handling incoming patient billing/collection phone calls from patients
    • Assist with patient A/R
    • Assist Desk Staff with patient billing questions and concerns
  • General Office Support
  • Cross-training to support Desk Staff

Requirements/skills include but not limited to:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of accounts receivable and/or collection experience desired
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to recognize, evaluate and solve problems and correct errors
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills for dealing with patients
  • Ability to handle confidentiality
  • Proficient organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills including EXCEL
  • OB/GYN experience not necessary, but preferred

Immediate opening for a full-time or part-time Medical Technologist for our busy Women’s Health Level III Lab. Selected candidates will need to possess the following qualifications/skills:

  • MT, ASCP or equivalent 
  • Generalist  
  • Phlebotomy and injections skills preferred or must be willing to learn.
  • Proficient PC skills

Work schedule:

Schedule would primarily be Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm with the flexibility to include some evenings if necessary to cover vacations or illness. All schedules are based on the needs of the practice.

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience (blood draws and injections necessary)
  • Proficient EMR/PC skills
  • Ability to work independently, a must
  • Current CPR certification, a must
  • Proficient interpersonal skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Proper specimen collection & processing both in-house and reference lab according to insurance and specimen requirements
  • Giving injections
  • Data entry of all orders

Work schedule: Candidate must have the ability to start some days at 6:30 a.m. The primary schedule to be determined but includes mostly daytime hours and a Saturday morning rotation. Flexibility in the work schedule is a must to help cover department vacations and/or call offs. All work schedules are based on the needs of the practice.
