MEDICAL ASSISTANT (FT)

Qualifications & skills include but not limited to:

  • Minimum of six (6) months experience in a medical or professional office setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient multi-tasking skills
  • Current certification preferred

Work schedules available are four (4) 10-hour days or (3) 10-hour days requiring mornings, afternoons, evenings and rotating Saturday mornings.  Flexibility in work schedule and ability to rotate through satellite offices is a must.

CERTIFIED PHLEBOTOMIST (FT)

Immediate opening in our Level III Lab.  Selected candidate will need to possess the following qualifications/skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience  (blood draws and injections)
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Ability to work independently, a must
  • Current CPR certification, a plus
  • Proficient interpersonal skills

Work schedule is 30 hours/week requiring some mornings, afternoons, evenings and some Saturday mornings.  Flexibility in work schedule a must.

LPN (FT)

Qualifications include, but not limited to:

  • Minimum of six (6) months experience in a medical or professional office setting
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Current licensure

Work schedules available are four (4) 10-hour days or (3) 10-hour days requiring mornings, afternoons, evenings and rotating Saturday mornings.  Flexibility in work schedule and ability to rotate through satellite offices is a must.

PHONE SCHEDULER (FT)

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Handle customer service inquiries
  • Updating patient account information
  • May conduct patient pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a medical office or hospital setting
  • Proficient written communication & telephone skills
  • Computer competency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • OB/GYN experience preferred, not required
  • Bilingual a plus

Work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 40 hours per week.

MEDICAL OFFICE SPECIALIST (FT)

Responsibilities include:

  • Checking in and out patients
  • Insurance verifications
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering phones

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of six (6) months experience in a medical or professional office setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good customer service skills
  • Bilingual is a plus

Work schedule is four (4) 10-hour days, Monday-Friday.
